Saatvika is an alumna of Welham Girls School, Dehradun, with a Bachelor's in Economics (Honors) from Delhi University and an MBA from Singapore Management University. Her journey is marked by a unique fusion of analytical acumen and strategic foresight.

Fueled by an unwavering commitment to societal advancement, Saatvika founded ‘Let It Count’ with a resolute mission to foster positive transformation. Her professional trajectory includes a fusion of pivotal roles such as Head of Home Healthcare at CHL Group of Hospitals, Co-founder of Vanilla Health Pvt. Ltd., and positions in Business Development at MasterCard Singapore and Risk Advisory at KPMG India. These diverse experiences have honed her adaptability and enriched her understanding across varied sectors.

Saatvika's passion for the Social Sector finds expression in her affiliation as an alumna of Indian Leaders for Social Sector (ILSS). She feels that the intersection of experience and passion, specially between her fundraising experience at the ‘Latika Roy Foundation’, an organization dedicated to children with Special Needs, and her tenure understanding process improvements & audits, is what propelled her to establish Let It Count - a venture committed to transparency, closing funding gaps, and amplifying impact in the social sector.

A distinguished development consultant whose breadth of expertise spans the entire spectrum of NGO management. Antony excels in governance, policy development, and management training for NGOs, educational institutions, hospitals, and corporations. He demonstrates expertise in operations management, financial monitoring, Standard operations procedure development across departments and CSR initiatives, alongside proficiency in research, media, and publication endeavours.

With a Ph.D. in Social Work and a double master's degree in Social Work & Human Resource Management, Antony is also certified by the HCL Foundation Academy in CSR and its applied aspects. His specialisation in Policy formulation, Due Diligence, Operations and Financial Management, makes him a versatile asset in the realm of social development. He has also published various research papers in prestigious journals like International journal of Aquatic Science, International journal in Resource in Social Sciences and International journal in Advanced Research, bringing a formidable academic background to his consultancy endeavours.

His rich professional journey, includes pivotal roles in organizations such as CBM India, USAID India, German Agro Action, and Don Bosco Anbu Illam Social Service Society with Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment and Govt. of India. Dr. Prabakar has expertise in various thematic areas, ranging from working with street children , child helpline, development and rehabilitation to disaster management, health, and women's development, HIV and AIDS etc. His commitment to making a tangible difference in society resonates through his involvement with initiatives like the India Network of Positive People and Dream Catchers Foundation, Life Help Centre for the Handicapped, Tamil Nadu Voluntary Health Association and many more.

Dr. Prabakar's comprehensive skill set and extensive experience position him as a valuable asset for LET IT COUNT.

Naman is a development professional who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive social impact. He holds a Master’s in Development Studies from TISS, Hyderabad, and a foundation in Geography from Delhi University. His expertise spans CSR compliance, programme management, and impact strategy, built through work with SBI Foundation, Bharat Petroleum, and NITI Aayog.

As Lead – Strategy & Monitoring at Let It Count, Naman steers research, program evaluation, and oversees end-to-end monitoring of projects to ensure rigorous implementation, learning, and course correction. He is known for turning complex data into clear, actionable decisions and for bringing calm, methodical discipline to multi-stakeholder environments and tight timelines.

Outside work, Naman is an avid reader and music enthusiast who finds balance in badminton and long-distance running. He believes well-governed CSR can be genuinely transformative, and works to make that promise real.

Yashica is a development professional with a Master's degree in Social Work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Tuljapur, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology (Honours) from Panjab University.

Her experience spans research, community development, youth skilling, and mental health initiatives across diverse geographies, including rural Maharashtra, Ranchi, Goa, and Bengaluru. Through her work, she has engaged closely with communities, gaining insights into grassroots realities and the systems that shape social change.

At Let It Count, Yashica leads Client Impact and Portfolio Management. She works closely with all corporate partners post funding, serving as their primary point of contact for all matters related to their CSR contributions. From fostering meaningful collaborations and facilitating client engagement activities to coordinating digital visibility and keeping donors informed about the impact of their contributions on the ground, she ensures every social investment remains aligned, transparent, and capable of creating lasting change for communities.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Yashica enjoys dancing, journaling, and exploring new places. She is also an avid animal lover.
