We find ways to connect willing donors to unique social causes that have been empanelled with us
after an intense due diligence and verification process. For this, visibility and updates, through the
most effective platforms, about the work we are doing, the projects seeking funding, the donors and
companies that are willing to make a difference through their donations and simply telling the world
what we have to offer, becomes of crucial importance.

Job Description:

  • Prepare social media strategy and plan for each month keeping in mind the company goal
  • Define the most important social media KPIs
  • Check & edit content received from content manager for campaigns/ PR
  • Co-ordinate with design team to ensure quality social media creatives
  • Post on relevant social media portals to ensure we are meeting the company goal
  • Prepare monthly report the measure the success of each campaign. Measure SEO and user
    engagement. Present report to HOD
  • Research and strategize ideas and hacks for Social Media growth
  • Monitor competition and best practices to ensure impactful content is curated and posted
  • Use social media marketing tools aptly
  • Network with influencers and other industry professionals, if required, to create a strong network

Skills:

  • 3-4 years’ experience as a social media specialist or a similar role
  • Excellence in writing skills
  • Strong story telling abilities
  • Ability to understand our audience and industry and accordingly prepare unique and impactful
    strategies for social media content management
  • Ability to understand the context of details received from content writer, project heads and
    designers and reform to ensure maximum social media impact
  • Ability to take ownership, meet deadlines and manage end to end deliverables

Enablement Managers are often the first point of contact that a prospective Donor / NGO / Corporate has with Let It Count. They research online and upon data received and co-ordinate strategically between multiple departments and individuals within and outside the organization to identify potential projects, facilitate  enquiries, update decision makers and complete a full circle from project discovery to first level verifications and handoff.

Job Description:

  • Online research and analysis for Donor Identification
  • Online research and analysis for potential social projects looking for funding
  • Verification, refining & preparation of Donor & Recipient Database
  • First level verification of Application and documents received for funding
  • Co-ordination between departments for smooth flow of application process
  • Correspondence and hand holding with the applicant for submission of all detailed documents
  • Clarification of basic project/ donation enquiries received over call

Skills:

Hence, with our prime mission – To be the most trusted platform for donors where they can discover and fund, unique high-social-impact projects; the role of a Due Diligence Manager becomes a vital one.

Job Description:

  • Preparation of frameworks for due diligence of NGOs & other social cause projects
  • Customise framework, if required, for the NGOs/ projects shortlisted by the Identification team.
  • Collection of data and feedback from the project owners, employees, community, beneficiaries
    etc. in accordance with the framework developed
  • Conduct physical site visit to the NGO for detailed verifications
  • Meeting and collection of data from the Board of Directors as per the Due Diligence plan
  • Verification of all data collected. Identification of gaps & red flags thereafter
  • Develop recommendations and suggested action plan, if necessary, with project owners to
    mitigate gaps/risks
  • Collation & documentation of all data collected in a proper pre-defined format
  • Presentation of Due Diligence report to the HOD/ Authority

Skills:

  • 2+ years’ experience in CSR/ Social Sector Due Diligence
  • Ability to be a team player for ease of data extraction
  • Capability of understanding CSR compliances, other regulatory processes and policies and interpreting them as per scenario
  • Open to short duration travel, sometimes to even remote locations
  • Good listening, convincing, verbal and logical reasoning skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage end to end deliverables

Here at Let It Count, we have a number of  projects/NGOs that have gone through an intense due diligence and verification process before they are listed on our website. We want to convey the highlights and synopsis of each project so a donor has clarity before making any kind of donation
decision/enquiry.

  • Ability to draw a synopsis of the project from the details in the application forms received
  • Effective communication with team and supervisors for inputs
  • Curate and write social media content
  • E-mail content for marketing purpose
  • Blog writing for the website
  • PR Content
  • Periodically benchmark quality of work with best in class India and international competition

Skills:

  • 3-4 years of experience in professional writing and communications – as a content writer, journalist, in public relations or marketing
  • Excellence in writing skills
  • Strong story telling abilities
  • Understanding the context of details received from project heads and ensuring an interesting and
    seamless sequencing of story
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage end to end deliverables
